Vice President of Human Resources

Forrest is a seasoned professional who has over 30 year of human resources experience and 20 of those years in healthcare. He began his career as a physician recruiter in the U.S Air Force and went on to be Director of Health Professions Recruiting Programs for the Southeastern United States and Puerto Rico. Following his military service, he was Director of Human Resources for a 180 bed skilled nursing facility that included dementia care and geriatric rehab. This venture was a start-up as the facility had never had a formal HR Director or Department. To broaden his experience Mr. Scott then worked for over 8 years as Director of Human Resources an energy marketing and trading company. Again, this was a start-up. More recently, he was Vice President of Human Resources for Hospital Physician Partners, a company that provides emergency medicine physicians and billing services to hospitals throughout the country. Mr. Scott has been certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) since 1996 and more recently with the new Society for Human Resources Management’s Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
