Elmer J. Pérez is a Masters level Counseling Education graduate from The Pennsylvania State University, and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. He has worked in the mental health field for more than 14 years. Throughout this time he has been able to work with children, adolescents and their families, and with adults with severe mental health diagnosis. He has over 8 years of experience managing adult and children residential programs and extensive experience in crisis intervention.
