Donna Check is well regarded as an expert in the field of brain injury rehabilitation with more than 24 years of successful start-ups, management operations and national marketing. She began her career in 1990 while employed by the leading international provider of hospital, sub-acute and post-acute programs at that time. Donna’s vast experience ranges from the rehabilitation of individuals in the earliest stage of recovery to working with individuals with the most severe behavioral difficulties including those 30-plus years post-injury. Donna was instrumental in the initial development of three successful residential neurologic post-acute programs. Two of those programs remain successful and the third was sold to a national chain of neurorehab programs. Recognized for her compassion, commitment and expertise, Donna has presented formal continuing education courses to thousands of adjusters, nurse case managers, therapists, rehab professionals and attorneys. Since 1997, she has also presented at local, state and national conferences. Her vision for NeuLife includes a number of much needed components not found in traditional post-acute rehabilitation programs. Donna provides a personal touch making a marked difference in successful outcomes.
