Each NeuLife Client Goal Plan will outline care and specialized services that are recommended and beneficial specific to each client. These can include any or all of the services below, dependent on clinical need and client preference. 

  • Medical Management by Board Certified Physiatrist

  • Speech Language Therapy for dysphagia, aphasia, communication
  • Speech Language Therapy evaluations with formal/barium swallow studies/testing conducted offsite in medical facilities
  • Specialty Therapies
    • Prosthetics – assessment, therapy, training, education, care and community integration – amputation the result of a traumatic injury – onsite
    • Pet Therapy – onsite
    • Aqua Therapy – in the community
    • Formal NeuroBehavioral Analysis (conducted by BCBA) – formal positive/motivating Plan development, implementation, monitoring, support – this is in addition to standard behavioral support services
    • Dietary and Nutritional assessment
    • Wellness and Health profile
    • Massage Therapy – neuromuscular therapy, cranial sacral therapy, reflexology, lymphatic, pain management – onsite and in the community
    • Vocational school – in the community
    • College classes – State college in the community

All service providers, whether on staff or contracted, are part of the NeuLife multidisciplinary team and included in an all-inclusive comprehensive per diem. Services are offered, arranged and coordinated by NeuLife care coordinators for each client based on his/her individualized Goal Plan.

NeuLife Programs and Services Offered

NeuLife provides care, Activities of Daily Living (ADL) training, support, and supervision and offers a wide range of specialized rehabilitation and related services tailored specifically to each individual we are asked to help regain function and independence. Our multidisciplinary team has expertise in traumatic brain injury (TBI), spinal cord injury (SCI), and neurologic and catastrophic injuries and challenging diagnoses, and understands the issues, concerns, and numerous challenges individuals and their families face every day.

Philosophy & Mission

It is the mission of NeuLife as an organization to provide a comprehensive program of neurologic rehabilitation to support and promote the improvement of the quality of life for our patients.

As with all NeuLife provisions and specialized services, clients and designated family members and/or legal guardians participate in the referral, assessment and admission process. All services provided and those offered to our clients are arranged and coordinated by our care coordinators and are all-inclusive in a comprehensive per diem specific to each client.
